So you're getting married to the love of your life, but you think a lot of the standard wedding traditions are sort of boring. Well, you're not alone. Personally, I think the diamond wedding band, no matter how large or gaudy, is kind of a boring piece of jewelry. So why not think outside of the box and exchange something different when you share wedding vows? What about giving his and hers diamond stud earring sets? Or give your fiance a diamond engagement ring, but then at the wedding gift her with a custom-made diamond necklace? The important thing here, I think, is to just be creative. How about matching diamond toe rings instead of a diamond wedding band, or matching diamond bracelets instead of a diamond wedding band? Of course if you want to go with a diamond wedding band, try to get a jeweler who'll come up with some creative designs that perhaps incorporate different precious metals, or different precious stones alongside the main stone, which would, of course, be a diamond. However, don't just settle for something mundane.
