Was walking at the local mall today.  It surely is Valentine's Day advertising.  Nearly every store window had a Valentine of some sort in it.

I thought the red's were beautiful, so really red.  I found the little dresses were really little!  Not even to the knee, I saw one dress that looked like baby doll pajamas, and I thought it was very cute.  Matter of fact, I thought, "back in the day", oh yes I would have bought it, and thought I looked good.

As far as the jewelry stores, of course they are greatly involved in suggesting diamonds as the ideal gift.  I can't disagree.  What a present.  Where I am now, I would like a pair of diamond stud earrings.  I would not turn down a diamond pendant or diamond bracelet.

Looking in the windows of the jewelry stores, rather than black fabric, it is now red fabric that displays the diamonds, and I think the red is just as beautiful, or perhaps the diamonds are just as beautiful.  I found it interesting that there is a sign, suggesting that you should "take it back, and come to my store, she'll be happier".   What fun.
